  We often order from this Panera and have consistently received good service and food. Yesterday evening a pick up order for our teachers had an item missing when I returned to school. I called and spoke with Alicia who handled it with understanding and patience. She came up with a creative solution in which they owned their mistake and assisted me in making it happen. She even called afterward to make sure everything was rectified. Mistakes are a part of life- how they are handled makes all the difference. Great service response!

  Came in with a small group again today; mostly because of the service we got last time. A gentleman named Chris took our order, checked on us twice while we were at the table, & I think I even saw him helping out in the kitchen! Employees here are very kind. The food was delicious as always. This is my go-to for business meetings. Very clean and speedy service.

  The atmosphere here is great and I always enjoy coming here, although the food is pretty expensive. I don't know the name of this employee, but there's a taller blonde guy with a beard who I've seen multiple times and he's always super nice and friendly which I appreciate, so I hope he's getting the recognition he deserves here

  I love Panera but I purchased 2 large salads i asked for mixed greens because romaine has too many stalks by the time you take them out you don’t have a s salad I called directly back the gentleman said he would refund A week passed no refund so I contacted them again they promised to call back that was October I called again they said they couldn’t find me in thesystem they said they were in the office they needed to call the gm still after the I haven’t heard from them I called again they said the same thing, am I wrong for pursuing my replacement at this point do I give up on Panera like they have given up on me?
