  I hadn't been to this location in a long time and and it's really gone down hill. I used the self ordering. My sandwich had wilted lettuce and barely any chicken on it (chicken roma asiago stack); I could only taste the bagel and dressing. The bagel was delicious. The seats are torn and tatty. This place used to be packed at lunch time, it was almost empty today.

  Sat in the drive through for almost 30 minutes. By the time the cashier came to the window I had to ask if they’re okay in there, this cashier said no with the most attitude and gave me my order, no apologies no etiquette no nothing

  I absolutely hate going to the Panera, but it’s the only one close to my job. Just be prepared if you go that you’re going to have to go inside to correct something the staff is absolutely horrible. I don’t know what’s wrong with them. Simple orders are always messed up.

  I did the rapid pickup option ordering ahead of time. When I got there, I waited 30 min for my order. My coworker had the same issue. She also paid online for extra chips, and food in her salad and it wasn't in the order. Food was tasty though.

  I ordered a soufle from the display case. First I was told that the soufle is a breakfast item only, which is false as I have only ever ordered the soufle in the afternoon. Then, I was told it was because they'd lost power and have to throw them out. Just a small suggestion but maybe throw away the things you can't sell instead of leaving them in the display case. Otherwise you're keeping, displaying and essentially advertising inedible food (which kinda seems like a health violation? *ahem*). Also...if you have to throw out the soufles, how are you preparing an entire menu of refrigerated food? Make it make sense
