  My family and I had a great time here. Our waitress, Hanna was super nice. The food was perfectly cooked.

  My husband and I decided last minute to grab takeout for dinner and decided on curbside at Outback. We always enjoy the food and courteous service at this location. Tonight was no exception. Everything was delivered to our car piping hot and was still very warm after our 15 minute drive home with nothing missing from our order. I recently tried another popular steakhouse with a giftcard I received for Christmas, and in my opinion it just didn’t compare. Thanks for consistently delivering great food for so many years Outback!!

  Lousy waiter took care of us. He had a great greeting for a couple of regulars next to us but basically ignored us and was rude to me and my family. I waved for his attention twice and he walked right by. So many attitudes at this location.

  As we were just passing through, stopped to grab a bite to eat. Close to closing time was not as crowded walked right in and got seated In the bar area. Brandon was outstanding and very attentive. Matter of fact, the entire team was. We had drinks. Our food, was cooked to perfection and great conversation from our waiter.. If ever just stopping through Richmond, please go by and give them a chance. Brandon, if you are ever in Atlanta, look us up

  Service was HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Waited 15 minutes for a drink and even longer for the food and when the food came out it wasn’t even the correct order. When I tried to cut into the steak it was hard as a rock, ended up not even being able to eat and I wasted 2 hours of my life
