  I normally go here because it’s quick and easy and right near my apartment. I have had so many bad experiences here, I will not return again. Tonight was the last straw. I had already pre ordered on the app, was waiting in line and finally got to the front of the line in the drive thru. It was closed inside, so drive thru is where I had to go. And the employee comes onto to speaker telling me they are waiting for the system to reboot, and I go to tell her that my food is already paid for since I used the app and ordered probably like 10-15 mins ago. She ignored me and did not respond. So after 5 mins I decided to pull up to the window so I can show them my order and that it has already been paid for. The girl inside ignored me and would not make eye contact. A group of other employees stood outside smoking. I’m not sure if it’s just a thing where the system shuts down at midnight? Seems odd to me. I was not even given a time frame in which the system would be back up. I ended up canceling my order, hopefully I get my money back! There have been other incidents where I have not got my money back. Coming here is just not worth the inconvenience anymore.

  All digital, no counter help. Did not bring dine in order to table. Calling out table numbers, so we did not realize our food was ready. 😞

  This McDonald’s has 16 cars in the drive thru and no one in the windows. It’s 11:44 pm. Then to top it off we can’t get out of the drive thru due to the curbs. This is crazy. Worst experience ever. Money being wasted on payroll. 2 cars go to the window every 15 min.

  Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The restrooms were locked and the staff refused to open them unless I purchased something first. I explained clearly that it was an emergency and that I would buy something immediately afterward, but they kept insisting that I must purchase first before they would unlock the restroom. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the staff — they were rude, ill-mannered, and showed absolutely no empathy. Instead of helping in an emergency, they behaved arrogantly and were completely unhelpful. Policies are understandable, but basic human decency should come first in situations like this. Management seriously needs to train their staff in basic courtesy, empathy, and how to handle situations involving customers in urgent need. Very disappointing experience.

  My wife works nearby so Ive tried this many times, every single time I come to go through the drive thru it's a ridiculous amount of wait time. And I understand it's McDonald's, but I've never seen one this slow ALL THE TIME. what is going on here???
