  Terrible service—the staff have absolutely no manners. This is my second bad experience here; they left me waiting for nearly 45 minutes, and everyone who arrived after me was served and left before I was. I don't know if they are racist or what, but I think they treat everyone this way—I saw them treat a woman with her children very poorly and speak to her rudely. I am a restaurant manager at a hotel, and I believe that is not the proper way to treat customers; the server practically threw my food onto the table and didn't even hand it to me personally.

  The people who work at this location are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. They lack respect for their customers, they close the drive threw at random hours or close early unless you used the app to checkout (because legally they’re still open), nobody knows anything or can help in anyway, and apparently you have to use the kiosk when inside to pay. No one can ring you up at the register and they’ll pretend you’re not even in the lobby waiting to order while they gab in the kitchen. And my damn food comes out wrong every time, heaven forbid I need help with my order or food…..sheesh! hire new people at this location who actually respect people in their community.

  Three stars definitely describes this experience. The service was good because they're making the food. However, they did not focus on the in-store customers. I left because I felt like nobody was going to address me when I was standing at the counter for several minutes and I came back later with a mobile order submitted so they didn't have to take it through the counter. There is a sign that says if customer needs help please address a crew member. I feel like it should be common courtesy to ask if somebody's been helped yet. A mom was standing there about 10 minutes while my mobile order was getting ready. She had to complain verbally because she had been waiting there 10 minutes without being addressed and she just needed to place the order to wait for the food. This could be a problem with how door dashes run at this location. I'm not sure but at three stars. I think it's an accurate description.

  Trashy and unprofessional service, they screwed up my order and made it a big hassle to cancel and refund it, the lady who took my order (even though it got messed up) and the manager who refunded it were both polite enough but the girl in the window and the lady that came over when there was an issue were both very rude and snarky, had a dashcam running and everything is recorded Edit: Recieved a call from the GM next morning to see what had happened, he was very polite and professional throughout the call and working to fix the issue, much appreciated

  Lady who took my order was nice, but my order is so wrong. It wasn't even busy in the drive thru. No straw. Paid for a Large Fry. Didn't receive it. Paid for a bottled water, got water in a regular cup (not a big deal to me but I paid extra) and I asked for certain toppings off my sandwhich and I can't eat it because those toppings were included.
