  Made my sandwich wrong got a big Mac only had one piece of meat got a triple cheese burger it was dry as the Sahara got them to remake it waited so long now I got cold fries it was only 2 people in the whole store wasn't busy at all bad food and service

  I ordered breakfast pretty early in the am I ordered an egg McMuffin and pancakes . 1st - The egg McMuffin was hard and barely warm. The cheese was not melted. Everything just taste like it was from the day before very disappointed. 2nd-The pancakes and sausage I had ordered the pancakes were not soft and had a tough tasting toward them . You would think the food would be fresh since it being so early in the morning but it was not . Would not recommend going to this location . Not only that I just got finished paying and it was already ready. I should’ve realized something wasn’t going to be right. Also, another thing for some reason, the drive-through was closed So that was another Disappointment.

  I've visited the restaurant 3 times so far. The food, service, and atmosphere has been good every time.

  I came from Williamsburg for an appointment stopped for breakfast breakfast is usually decent at any McDonald's I'm very selective on lunch or dinner because they've declined badly over the past couple decades I will say staff is pretty polite other than not bring food to table when I chose dine in and grabbed table topper they just yelled my name over to counter but no biggie it is a fair temperature rainy day out and I will say it is absolutely freezing the ac is blasting and cold as a walk in freezer not a pleasant dine in sitting food and drink was mid paid for extra sauce got regular and a lot of grease on sandwich all McDonald's never seem to drain off grease iced coffee super dark strong Columbian flavor all McDonald's seem to make them overly strong and hashbrown floppy not crispy but atleast the dining room was clean and people polite other than hearing management harp on the employees to go faster and get mobil orders outside saying i don't see anyone with a yellow jacket on if management treated their employees better everywhere they'd stay longer and work harder especially when being praised rather than harped on restroom dirty most buisness it seems have employees who just don'tknow how to clean a bathroom but atleast unlike williamsburgthey arent mopping entire restaurant with greasy kitchen mop.

  Employee attempted to give me a bag that was mistakenly given to another customer; the other customer had already dug his hands into the bag...and was eating out of the bag. McDonald's employee wanted me to take the bag because they had given the other customers the wrong one. When I said that I didn't want the bed, because the previous customer had already been eating out of it. The employee got major attitude. Then, she tried to justify her actions by saying the other customer only ate a few French fries, and they would just replace the fries. When I said that wasn't good enough, she said, "fine"? Then, I'll just replace it (with a lot of attitude). I said with that attitude, you can just give me my money back. What makes this even more interesting... Is that the employee was acting this way, while other employees were watching, and many customers were there witnessing the same thing.
