  I went to McDonald’s on nine mile rd, I ordered the number 9 with no onions. My ticket number is 1202 on Monday night around 8:30pm. They took an old burgers and removed onions and served them to me. I am a disabled combat veteran , this was the worse I’ve ever been treated at McDonald’s.

  Worst experience I’ve ever had in a McDonald. As soon as I walk in with my family, all I hear was yelling, lots of customers waiting for orders and complaining about the service. From the very bottom of staff and up to management, all very rude, no manners and even one employee walked out of the restaurant and left. While waiting for my order, other customers that place their order after me, complained and got their order faster. After I also complained, my order was prepared, the happy meal that we got had the wrong toy, I asked to have it switched and I was told that’s all they have without even looking at me or checking for other toys. Overall management sets the mood. This location needs a better leader to execute and provide proper customer service. No yelling, no arguing should be heard, that’s a bad look overall. Also, nuggets were overcooked and men’s bathroom smell like it has not been cleaned in days.

  Idk what has happened to this store but theu are extremely slow,food rarely warm and some are rude as hell that work there..I will go out my way to go to white oak or Williamsburg road..I know I say at the 2nd speaker the other day for 15 minutes and no answer even with me saying hello after 5 mins..I only go if absolutely needed,have a 3 yrs old grandson lol and its 2 mom's from house.. Get it together people

  The Manager had the most disgusting attitude Ive ever seen. All of the employees were walking around on eggshells. She was cursing non stop in a building full of calm customers. My order was cold. Cordially asked the cashier to remake it, whom was incredibly pleasant. The manager, after it was remade slammed the food on the counter and SCREAMED that she would not be making it again. As incredibly disrespectful as she was towards me and the other customers in the building, I felt worse for the employees. What an embarrassing situation. We all have bad days at work, but it was an abomination witnessing her lack of respect for any and everyone that was in that building.
