  Don’t even bother going through the drive thru. Cashier is rude, won’t even tell you to pull to the first window. She sits down at the window and gets sassy with people who don’t speak English. She is a bigger woman with purple dyed hair.

  Genuinely the worst place you’ll ever visit not only do the staff not know how to take orders but they don’t know how to cook either i come here all the time burnt food, wrong items but i went this time and food was missing?? How hard is it to be a McDonald’s worker?

  The drive through line is always longer than the nile river, wasting up people’s gas. I’ve been in this line for 30 minutes just for some large fries. Someone needs to be fired, this is ridiculous. What’s fast about this?

  Owner doesn't care about this place cause they will make money regardless of how bad and rude the employees are. The managers lead the charge. You can't ask for jelly, ketchup etc without them getting upset. They turn off the plugs in the lobby at night and forget to turn them back on in the day time. Which is an attempt to keep people out the lobby. It's 1030am and I can't use the plug. Took 19 minutes to get my coffee. They forgot my hash brown and got mad when I asked for it. They don't want you to order at the counter but all the kiosk are broken and you have to PAY AT THE COUNTER!!! If the owner cares, they would ACTUALLY do something about this. They won't tho...... they don't have too. It's in a spot they will attract business no matter what.

  I’m not even sure how this place has a 3.1.. the worst McDonald’s in Richmond that will take you 30 mins to get through the drive thru. Literally typing this as I wait. I’ll never understand, I’ve been at every single different time of day. It never changes. Shut it down.
