- KKKatelynMar 14, 20261.0We don't know if the lady was a manager or not but she was extremely nasty and rude from the beginning of our order, we had two separate orders once we were done with the first order she got mad we had a second order and made us wait 10 minutes to take it, then told us we could go to another McDonald's, started calling my husband and I out of our names over us asking why did we need to go to another McDonald's. This is the type of people y'all have working for you?
- MZm zzMar 9, 20263.0Rating 3.5...my large mocha frappe was delicious...I was excited to try the new Arch burger...it was served hot, full of cheese and toppings ...the bun looked and smelled fresh (yumm), but my patties were dry. Drive-thru staff was very friendly.

People are always nice and if I ask for my food to be remade they do it with a smile. Maybe if the rest of approach them respectfully you’ll have a good experience as I always do. They are people not your slaves to mistreat.

Brought it to management attention and they were thrown back at us. Was missing other food from my order. Always have issues with staff on their phones and charging for other people's orders. Management is horrible and don't care. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
