  If I could give zero starts I would Honestly worst McDonalds ever. The food was not good and the costumer service is CLEARLY non existent. Ive worked in the fast food industry for a long time and I understand when someone is tired and just not the day but every single worker has a nasty attitude. Also so many food safety violations that I saw was crazy. I didn't know smoking weed and weed pens were part of the brand. Also the way the store looks is just as disgusting. Corporate should really start taking these matters more seriously. I will make sure more people are aware of this matter.

  Nunca avía ido a un McDonald’s que me trataran tan pesamo como este no le dan ni siquiera una salsa todo lo asen vendido y el personal todos son iguales que tratan mal alos clientes

  I was really disappointed with the way the guy that gave me the order in the drive treated me. But the lady that took my order and payment was really nice and polite

  The staff was great. Very sweet and nice to my yappy chihuahua. I had to wait a little for my food, but at least it was hot and fresh. I tried the new Big Arch Burger. It was definitely big! There is a lot more meat than in a Big Mac. I regretted getting the medium fries with it instead of a small. I do like it has more protein, but it needed more sauce or something. It may be good with Big Mac Sauce.

  This McDonald's only cares about the drive-thru and they still screw up there too. Every Tuesday my boyfriend my brother-in-law and my two nieces and me all go to eat inside here almost every single time they mess up our order. Not just that but the food has went down bad they overcooked the chicken nuggets they give you literally one tiny pump of hot fudge and a whole cup full of ice cream I mean who wants to eat nothing but soft serve not me! So needless to say we will be going to the McDonald's by our house now instead of the one by Richmond traditional martial arts.
