  Slow. Nobody talks to you when you walk in. Pick-up orders is a complete fiasco. Not fast at all. After waiting in the store for 25 minutes asked where my order was......then they started working on it. Total time from online order to walking out the store 53 minutes.

  We drove 40 minutes to pick up because Jimmy Johns is our favorite sub restaurant and haven't had it in about a year. Disappointed doesn't begin to cover it. Small handful of lettuce and the tomatoes were thinner than the pepperonis!! My spouses sub had one side of jalapeño peppers and the other half didn't. Was a complete waste of money and time. NEVER again!!!
