- SIShahid Iqbal2 days ago1.0I use to go to this Pharham location and I always have had great experience. Not sure, if they change the cook or owner changed. I ordered Sando hot sandwich. They made it mild hot and very little sauce on it. Horrible experience and ruined my day. Try calling the store but no one picks the phone and their mailbox is full. Very bad customer service.

No one knows what is happening to Richmond, but it’s getting worse and worse every day. But this place, I am giving one star simply for the fact that they do not understand their own menu

The chicken is juicy and crispy at the same time. I will definitely be coming back again and again to order more. The place is clean, and the staff are very attentive.
