I like this location, the employees are friendly and always working hard. My only issue is the last couple times I ordered, my wings were overcooked. It wasn't to the point where they weren't edible but some of the skin was too tough to chew. Hopefully I won't continue to have this issue because I don't want to switch locations, this one is my favorite.

This review is for Wat the manager. Our order was made wrong. It was supposed to be 10 lemon pepper and 10 hot honey. We called and were told to bring the receipt. I drove there and told the young lady Nay who was professional the whole time. She told the manager what happened and he immediately said no I’m not making them, she needs to bring the wings. He came to tell me and I told him I don’t have the wings. I was only told to bring the receipt. He proceeds to say how do I know you’re basically telling the truth? I said why would I be lying about 10 wings after I just drove over here? I asked you really don’t believe me over wings and he said “I trust myself”. He said “he made them and he knows he didn’t mess up”. I offered to get pictures and he implied I could be lying about that. That people send fake pictures and lie all the time about wings. I convinced my husband to show all the wings showing that half were not lemon pepper through text. Wat the manager didn’t even believe that and said he couldn’t tell. He said he would make them and that he called the general manager and another manager, and they both told him NOT to make them. Mind you it escalated into talking loud over wings. And another young lady wouldn’t even give me Wat’s name, not Nay (she was professional). We go there often and I have never had an experience like that. And as long as he’s there, I will not go back. I will show pictures of the wings that we’re not made correctly.
You would have thought that order came out of his check. Super disappointed.
