  It’s my first time here and the staff where very friendly which is one of the important thing that I like whenever I go to a restaurant. Shakeera thank you so much for being very kind and friendly, I like your energy and how you treat the customers I just wanna say that you’re the best! And of course the food was amazing!!!

  It would be hard to imagine a worse preparation for Super Bowl Sunday. Ordered ahead of time, waited in the restaurant more than an hour, and gave up because we wanted to actually see the football game. How do we get our money back?

  We recently had an ice storm here that prevented folks from getting out. After a little melt, I thought for sure I’d be able to drive down a few blocks to pick up an online order. Boy was I wrong. I called in to say I was unable to get out of my parking spot and to just give my order to another guest. I didn’t request a refund, however, the person I spoke to said they were busy at that moment and that they’d give me a call back in an hour. Did I expect a call back — not really. Sure enough, I got a call back within the hour! They said they’d give me a refund and take care of my meal next time I came in. Way beyond my ask and quite thoughtful. I ended up finally getting out several days later and was graciously given my order with enthusiasm and a smile. I appreciate the General Manager - Brian and the staff personnel I spoke to initially the first time around. This will certainly be my go to for chicken based mostly on exceptional customer service! Plus, spicy Korean bbq is delish.
