  Absolutely fantastic. The best Wing Stop I've ever been to. I hope the owners and managers continue to run the establishment as well as it's being run, now.

  Customer service was great. The atmosphere was the best. The general manager Brian champion personally assisted me with my order and my needs great job. Keep up the good work.

  Placed a pick up order, got home and realized they didn’t include a 5pc corn we had ordered. Called the store, told them what happened. Manager Malik? Came on and was polite and asked if I would like to come in and get the food and if I would like a refund. I asked for a refund, he then proceeded to tell me that his system wasn’t working and asked if I could come in tomorrow to receive my refund. I asked why I had to come in to receive the refund and he said they have to physically swipe the card…so they forgot an item I paid for and then require you to come back to the store no matter what. I told him that is a ridiculous policy and said forget it and that was it. Food we got was as expected but I’ll be continuing to order from Staples Mill location where they’ve never gotten our order wrong and hope that we won’t be subjected the ridiculous policy if something is forgotten.

  I had to come back and update my review. I was honestly shocked—in the best way—when the Regional Manager, Brian Champion, personally called me today in response to my original review below. I had previously given this restaurant one star because customer service means everything to me. Brian’s call completely changed my experience. He listened, took my concerns seriously, and provided truly exceptional customer service. Because of that, I’m upgrading my review to four stars. Thank you, Brian, for reaching out and showing that customer feedback really does matter. See photo below Previous post If you want great delivery do not use this place. The food was cold. I did get my drinks and the driver told me it didn’t come with my combo yet I paid for it. I called the restaurant and the manager didn’t have the The courtesy to even get on the phone with me. The worker came back to the phone and said we’ll give you credit for your sodas. The food did not taste good so I just wasted $50. Never again.
