Nas and Darius making the orders and making sure customers are satisfied. This experience was like NO OTHER Tropical Smoothie I’ve been to, you can tell these young men enjoy their job and enjoy working together. The vibe was so good there was a couple on a date in the restaurant! This was an amazing experience. We will be back!

- SHStacy HAug 24, 20251.0Terrible customer service. I came in to use my T-Mobile Tuesday coupon. While I was placing my order, one of the associates said, "Damn, that's a lot of food." The coupon was supposed to give me a free bowl or smoothie, but it took the free item off the pair and save smoothie instead of my full-priced bowl, which charged me more money. The associate asked another team member for help, and he shrugged his shoulders and said, "That's the way it comes off," and walked away. So I did two different transactions. Then they handed my food to the wrong customer. And that same guy that walked off handed me my order and didn't ask what kind of chips I wanted, just threw some in the bag and had a mean look on his face the entire time he was working. Not one person said thank you and have a great day to me, but I made sure I said it. If you hate your job, work somewhere else.

The cashier who took my order was friendly and courteous as well as the employee who made it. The smoothie was delicious. Based on the excellent service received today I would continue to frequent this location. Special shoutout to the team working today.
