  So I've given this location a few chances but I have never had a good experience here. The employees are some of the least friendly rough looking people I've seen outside of a waffle house, the facilities are understaffed/filthy/poorly maintained and they are just bad at making smoothies. The smoothie I bought today was missing at least two ingredients and tasted like oat water, it honestly made my stomach turn a little sour the more I sipped on it and it's sad that I'm not sure if it's because it tastes gross or because there's something I shouldn't be consuming blended into it. I have been to close to ten different locations and I love tropical smoothie, none of the other locations were as bad as this one. If you read this far, I don't care how short on time you are- you are better off going to another location or going without instead of visiting this branch of the franchise.

  Drive 10 minutes west to a far better TropSmo experience. This place does the bare minimum and Im surprised it can stay open

  I’ve been coming to this location for a few months now and generally have had a positive experience, but recently I had a terrible order that has made me unfortunately not eager to come back. The employees I regularly interact with are teenage/college aged boys who are polite and seem to care about doing things correctly. It’s always clean too, so I was really surprised by the extremely ripe, nearly rotten bananas in my smoothie AND breakfast. I rarely do reviews but I was so disappointed and didn’t even hear back when I filled out the contact form on the website. Beware of freshness and ingredient quality when you go and you should be fine overall.

  I attempted to place an order through the app, as I usually do for my regular location, but unfortunately, I was unable to. I had to go inside and place my order in person. I am unsure if the employee who assisted me was new or still in training, as she seemed to be seeking guidance from another employee. She did not initially record some of the details I provided to her on the receipt. However, after I brought it to her attention, she informed the associate preparing the food, and the final product was satisfactory. I was a little disappointed that they simply removed the bananas without providing a replacement bowl that had never contained them in the first place. Overall, the experience was acceptable.

  Foods not bad, usually hot. Ive never had a comfortable experience at this store though. The employees give such a hostile vibe, that even just waiting for my food makes me uncomfortable. No music so its just me and the employee ignoring me behind the counter making an o line order. Sitting here in silence. Im honestly not even sure if she saw me. She eventually saunters to the back, the back up to the front to me, phone in hand. She still has yet to make eye contact. I place my order and wait. At least I know my food will be fresh, but I WILL be late to work. Previous experiences here tell me I have to pay attention, they dont call names when orders are ready, they just walk out and put it on the shelf. So we all have to gather to check each order. So I wait. I just wanted a smoothie. Here's the rest of my experience live: Update 1: I saw the employee touching her phone while cutting the bananas for my smoothie 🫠 Update 2: it wasn't MY smoothie. Which doesnt make me feel any better. She did not name anyone when she put the smoothie on the shelf so I couldnt be sure. I have mine now and will be, hopefully, not coming back.
