The employees are some of the least friendly rough looking people I've seen outside of a waffle house, the facilities are understaffed/filthy/poorly maintained and they are just bad at making smoothies. The smoothie I bought today was missing at least two ingredients and tasted like oat water, it honestly made my stomach turn a little sour the more I sipped on it and it's sad that I'm not sure if it's because it tastes gross or because there's something I shouldn't be consuming blended into it. I have been to close to ten different locations and I love tropical smoothie, none of the other locations were as bad as this one. If you read this far, I don't care how short on time you are- you are better off going to another location or going without instead of visiting this branch of the franchise.
