On Saturday, December 6th around 11 AM, I witnessed what has unfortunately become a pattern at this store. The two female employees working at the time were on FaceTime calls with friends, loudly laughing, talking, and even screaming while customers were trying to order. Their attitudes toward guests were rude, dismissive, and unfriendly to every person who walked in. This is not an isolated incident. I have visited this location multiple times, and the unprofessionalism is getting progressively worse. Additionally, the young man who took my order appeared confused and unsure of basic procedures, which further slowed down the experience. For a brand as reputable as Tropical Smoothie Café, this level of customer service is extremely concerning. Ownership and management should be very alarmed, as it reflects poorly on the entire franchise. I hope immediate corrective action will be taken to address the lack of professionalism, customer service, and staff oversight. I enjoy Tropical Smoothie Café, but this location is becoming increasingly difficult to support. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
