- DDDylan6 days ago3.0I’m bumping up my review from 2023 from a 1 to a 3 after our most recent visit. Pros: • Big improvement with customer service. We had an issue with our bay time and management helped us no questions asked. Wait staff were also friendly. • New games are GREAT! Block Party was our favorite, and games adapt to each user’s skill/distance level. Cons: • The food was the low point. The cookie skillet was a mushy mess, and the chicken sliders were AWFUL. The chicken was so charred that it looked like a piece of charcoal between 2 buns. Also, it wasn’t even a chicken patty, it was a tiny boneless wing sized piece - 70% bun 30% burnt chicken. Not worth $14 in the slightest. This was the same issue we had last time. My past review included: “The food was a 2/5. I got the chicken sandwich and it was 80% burnt fried breading and 20% super dry chicken - way overcooked.” Lesson learned don’t order the chicken here. Please adjust the prices to match the food quality and portions! So basically the gameplay was great, but the food left a bad taste in our mouth (literally). We’ll probably be back, but eat somewhere else beforehand.

The sampler was fun to nibble on, only thing we would do different is request a couch for our 6 year old to access food and drink easier. Staff super helpful grabbing junior clubs for is, so accommodating!

Be careful if you go in the fall or winter… The heaters are not a good source of warmth. Dress warmly. But everything about Topgolf is top-notch.
