The manager on duty Kai was absolutely amazing. Her spirit was so warm and beautiful. Definitely made our event personalized and memorable. The waiter was extremely attentive and helpful. I hate that I forgot his name, but we were there from 5-8 so please let that young man know he did a great job with our party. We will certainly use this venue again! The appetizers that were included were also good. Everyone seemed to love the buffalo dip and pita bread. The drinks were delicious and the attention to detail for our party was incredible.

Our “Server” Gabby was extremely rude didn’t even greet us properly she ran up right into our faces as we were picking out golf clubs it made us feel super uncomfortable. I have 10+ years of experience in the service industry and this girl has no sense of Etiquette. She messed up our order and blamed it on management then threw napkins on our table almost knocking our drinks over. And Management only made the situation worse by cutting my sisters off after 2 beers (I only had 1) I was SHOCKED! Showed signs of intoxication? Because we were laughing at the angry birds game and having fun. My sister then got served at the bar no problem… I’ve never been treated so poorly at a sports entertainment company. I’ve been to Drive Shack plenty of times and they always treat us so well. Maybe this was karma for not sticking with them. Go to Drive Shack you’ll be treated better and have a better time with your family.
