    Looks like Taco Bell wants money but don’t give food. Portion sizes are like smaller than kids menu. Not going to Taco Bell in future as they don’t sell food. Even wrapper weight is more than actual taco 😝

    Ordered four regular tacos and a side of pintos and cheese. Not a large order. The girl, who was rude when taking our order, handed my husband the bag and ALL THE FOOD fell out of the bottom into our car, making big mess everywhere! My husband, who’s always kind, tried to salvage the food. He saved everything, except one taco that was completely broken. He asked the girl if they could remake the taco and she got a major attitude, yelling back at her coworkers that he wanted them to remake the taco, as if he was being difficult. She even rolled her eyes. Then, the girl ordered us to move up even though there was nobody behind us. We declined and said we would wait for the ONE taco. She proceeded to argue with us. A manager heard her and came to the window. She deescalated the situation and gave us the taco. She seemed annoyed with her employee, who had zero common sense or customer service. We need to raise our kids better so they aren’t complete jerks once they’re in the working world and actually have to deal with people.

    I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with this specific Taco Bell location. If I could give zero stars, I would. This has consistently been the worst Taco Bell I’ve visited. The staff is extremely unprofessional and often openly rude. In the drive-thru, I’ve been spoken to disrespectfully and even yelled at for mistakes that were made on their end — whether related to the order or pricing. When going inside, the situation isn’t much better; employees are frequently in the back yelling and cursing while completely ignoring customers waiting at the counter. As for the food, on the rare occasions the order is actually correct, the portions are noticeably poor. Items are barely filled, and it often feels like you’re receiving little more than a tortilla placed in a bag. I don’t expect fine dining from Taco Bell, but I do expect basic customer service, professionalism, and the food I paid for. Unfortunately, this location consistently fails to meet even those minimum standards. I’m under no illusion that this review alone will change anything, but I would want to be warned before choosing to eat here. Honestly, it feels like no one at this location cares anymore, and it might be better off closed if these issues aren’t addressed.

    Horrible The food was the worst’. I had the #6 and needless to say… everything was cold, nothing was warm.. the Chalupa bread was just taken out of the bag ( wasn’t warmed or anything) it was just nasty and full of lettuce NO MEAT The cashier was nice.. but if I’m ever on this side of town again I will NOT RECOMMEND this Taco Bell Money wasted! Please Please do not serve paying customers something you will not eat yourselves!
