First I go to the window and the teenager at the window start laughing but she apologize though. As soon as I got home I realize they had messed up my order by not asking what I wanted. I got the soft taco (which I didn’t want) and she never asked hard or soft taco. The communication is awful the people don’t care and the one time I go to taco bell ( which I know taco bell food is not the best) but I went anyways was also awful, just don’t go and waste your time nor money !

While two were chatting at the drive thru.
