  Decided to give this Subway another try and glad we did. New manager working who was friendly and order was fresh and made right.

  The service is so bad. Like they don’t want to work here. The worker was counting money then wrote down figures , used a calculator then asked what I wanted. I said thank you.. she said nothing. I had to laugh because that was the worst service I’ve ever received in Richmond.

  Yeah these reviews are accurate haha.... I don't know if this woman gets PAID for any leftover meat at the end of the night, but as a subway regular I can tell you that a fit long gets more than FOUR slices of meat and THREE tomatoes... I even said "Hey, uh, can I get a couple more tomatoes...?" because my sandwich had about an inch between each one, and she threw ONE more on. My sandwich was 90% bread haha
