- MSMia SNov 5, 20251.0The service is so bad. Like they don’t want to work here. The worker was counting money then wrote down figures , used a calculator then asked what I wanted. I said thank you.. she said nothing. I had to laugh because that was the worst service I’ve ever received in Richmond.

I don't know if this woman gets PAID for any leftover meat at the end of the night, but as a subway regular I can tell you that a fit long gets more than FOUR slices of meat and THREE tomatoes... I even said "Hey, uh, can I get a couple more tomatoes...?" because my sandwich had about an inch between each one, and she threw ONE more on. My sandwich was 90% bread haha

However he, the manager is rude and hostile and needs a crash course on good customer service. They will take your money and not give you your food or refund. I highly don't recommend them.
