- TWTonya Wheless4 days ago1.0This place had 1 employee running at lunch time..Where is this persons help??? 1230pm and 2pm..this is ridiculous..the bread was burnt and service was denied..no ice in ice machine no napkins. ..it was chaotic..this place used to be top notch what happen...no washing hands after running the register..it was a mess ..tables we not clean..and prices sky high for sandwiches per advertisment...I will be going to Jimmy Johns...
- JLjason linziDec 8, 20251.0When I walked up and tried to open the door it was locked. The girl inside just stared at me and walked into the back. Nothing on the door saying use other door lol. So I found another door. It worked. I went inside and was greeted with what can I get you. So right to business it is. The bread was stale and ripped easily, the cheese was sticking so she just let the last two stay doubled up. Didn’t cut my foot long sandwich in half. She asked if I wanted the meal so yes I ordered the meal and she said you know the ice machine is down right, I said no. How would I know that lol. Needless to say I will and recommend a different location.

Was up charged for having a wrap which was really a flat bread. On top of the fact that the establishment smells like boo boo. Never will come here again.

Today it was cash only, on Tuesday they were out of red onions and half of their bread, also half of their sodas weren't working, which wasn't told to me until after i purchased a combo that included a drink and tried 4 different ones that were only spitting out white carbonated water. I've gone before and the toaster wasn't working, or the oven wasn't working. They are often out of many of their toppings. Very poorly run establishment.
