  The subway on Laburnum in the shopping center with DollarTree, has been brought by new owners! Do not go there it’s dirty! They are rude! I’ve went there twice and my order was wrong both times! Since the new owners have taken over it is not the same! They don’t even greet you! Go to any other subway but that one has gone down hill!

  I went into this store to get a sandwich and the customer service was horrible. The worker clearly couldn’t understand English and continuously put the wrong things on my sandwich. After receiving the sandwich I then realized the meat was still cold. I asked could they remake the sandwich and another employee proceeded to take the original sandwich and put in the oven. When I informed her that I wanted the sandwich remade, she looked at me like was stupid. She didn’t make me a new sandwich and when I went to taste the food the meat was still cold. I rate them a 1 star for poor customer service

  I just wanted to share how impressed I am with the Subway south laburnum, thanks to Monty and Cierra! The store has never been cleaner, and it really shows in the overall atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the lite jazz music playing in the background, which made sitting in so much more comfortable and relaxing. It created a great vibe while I enjoyed my meal. Even during the hectic lunch rush, the food looks fantastic on the bar. Everything is fresh and appealing, making it hard to choose just one sandwich! Thanks to Monty and Cierra, visiting Subway has become an even better experience! I will be back!

  Man!!! Talk about a TURN AROUND! I’ve been coming here since my family & I relocated a few months ago. Were subway fanatics and get a sub at least 2-3x weekly. That being said, The store manager, Monty was a delight. A true man that knows how to run a store and make you feel seen and taken care of. Monty’s presence alone in that store has been such a breath of fresh air, & his night manager Cierra, whom I’ve recently met is so bubbly & amazing! If you’re feeling down, I promise you’ll leave with a laugh, and some good, FRESH food. Monty has a star customer with me & I wish them the best as they keep on shooting for the stars! Superb subway, and as I always tell him, “See you tomorrow!” 🙌🏿

  This store has changed tremendously for the better, the new manager Monty is awesome as well as the night manager Cierra the excellent service is constant and always professional. This store is much better since they have been there.
