  Horribly slow. They weren't taking in person orders. Have to order at the kiosk. I ordered one six inch sandwich. After 30 minutes, I told them to cancel my order. They bumped me to the front and made my sandwich. Had I not asked, based on the order number they were currently working on, it would have been over an hour to get one sandwich. It wasn't because there was an overwhelming number of orders. I've never seen three people work so slow.

  Rude employees. Ratchet workers who give you attitude and clearly don't want to be dealing with customers. I get that they have a million students a day ordering, and that the work is hard, but that is no excuse for mouthing off to the people handing you money. Take too long to decide what you would like on your sub? "HELLLOOO? WHATCHU WANN?" If you decide to want some kind of extra meat, you get told "Its extra" five or six times, the first two times without them moving their arms, like you are going to say "'Oh, forget it then." They literally don't want to work. "I's about ready ta go home". You hear this EVERY day. The manager needs to clean up the hood and get some employees who care about their jobs, and are polite to the customers. The other fast food places are not like that - why is Subway?

  The subway workers disgust me. They are so bothered when they take an order and they don't have any professional way of speaking what so ever. They mumble everything you say and when they're even bothered to repeat what they said. They are very rude, very rude. Not going back to that subway ever again being it was my second time experiencing the same problem.
