  The person is always asking for tips, makes me feel uncomfortable, he shouldn’t ask for tips that much!

  If I could give this location a 0 rating I would. I have visited this location twice, and both experiences were disappointing due to poor customer service.. Never visiting this location again. During my first visit, I placed a pickup order and asked a simple question to confirm that my order was correct. The employee responded dismissively, saying, “I don’t know what’s in that bag — soda, sandwich, whatever,” in a condescending tone. The interaction felt rude and unprofessional. The food itself was average. I initially assumed they were just having a bad day, so I decided to give the location another chance. On my second visit, I attempted to place an online pickup order, but the system would not process it. This time, a different employee(the lady in the hijab) assisted me. When I asked for assistance, she interrupted me before I could finish explaining and said, “I don’t know, I don’t deal with that,” in a dismissive manner. What made the situation worse was how I was treated afterward. The lady began speaking to me in another language despite me speaking English. Even after I stated that I understand English, she continued. I did not understand what she was saying. I also noticed she was noticeably more polite and respectful toward customers of a different race than mine. As a result, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome and chose to leave without placing an order. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and I hope corporate reviews the service standards at this location.

  Very Unsatisfactory Experience – Will Not Return 0 star for this review. I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the Subway located at 9105 Quioccasin Rd, Henrico, VA 23229. From the moment I walked in, the service was terrible. The employee was very rude and impatient. He did not allow me to choose the bread I wanted for my sandwich and acted annoyed when I tried to explain my order. When I asked for a fresh sandwich, he told me he could not cut bread in half and instead tried to give me bread that was already sitting out uncovered and outside of the case, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, when he toasted the sandwich, he burned it and did not care at all. The entire experience felt rushed and disrespectful. The store itself was messy and dirty, which made things even worse. The ingredient shelves and coolers were left open, and the vegetables and cheeses looked very old and not fresh at all—honestly, they did not look safe to eat. Between the rude attitude, poor food handling, burned sandwich, and overall lack of cleanliness, this was one of the worst Subway experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
