I ordered delivery to my law firm. Came quickly but It was missing 3 whole items. I immediately contacted the store. Only to be told I need to come get the missing items or reorder the items. I said I can not come get them and that was the whole point of ordering delivery. He said he's not refunding anything because I ordered online and not at the store. I began to ask about other options when he mumbled something and hung up on me. I called back 3x (because there's no need to be rude to someone who's trying to discuss a solution) and he answered and stated that he's busy and that he will call me back in 30 mins. Needless to say----I haven't received a call. Awful service.

been here a couple times and neglected leaving a review (my credentials are that i love subway and have eaten it a lot for a long time): worst subway ever, never got my sub right with the 7 times i’ve been here, lady is always rude and boss man isn’t any better. I always try to avoid coming here but it is the closest to me. my sub is a philly cheesesteak. just for context

The Indian guy and Arab lady wearing hijab needs to be respectful to their customer. I dont know if they have had a bad day or just have had a tiring day but never take it on your customers. The incident happen today Oct 29 at around 6 pm. As i entered the storei asked the indian guy if they have any idea about the BOGO deal on the app and he started talkin over me then i was like ok if you dont have or do not honor it ill just order. I told him that i want the wheat bread then he starts shouting what meat i said "im gonna have," then cut me off and talked over me in a loud manner saying "WHAT MEAT?" thats when i felt pissed and told him in an overtoned manner "THATS WHAT IM GONNA SAY I WANT THE 5 MEAT ITALIAN YOU KEEP CUTTING ME OFF!" then the lady in hijab putting the veggies and sauce was also not nice. Then after all ive ordered the indian guy if i want a cookie i said yes the macadamia and the one below it, he picked up a wrong one, i told him not that one the one below the macadamia and he slammed the cover for the cookies. Upon exit my wife told the lady in hijab to be respectful to customers. It was an unpleasant experience over all.

The guy was just rude as i don’t know what and i saw the lady try to hide a sub off too the side and wipe it off with a napkin.
