I called the store trying to explain what was wrong and the girl outright lied. We had asked for black olives and there were none on the sub. She said they told my grandson that they were out, but she did not, she said they hadn't had black olives in 2 days. Yes we took our subs back to be remade to our order, but before I could finish my sentence she hung up on me. This is a disgrace to spend money at a restaurant and nothing be correct and have rude staff. This will be the last time I order from Subway.

- DDDDTJun 23, 20254.0This was my 2nd time visiting this location as it is near my job. It is located inside Valero gas station (reason for the 3 for atmosphere), so there is nowhere to eat inside and only 1 picnic table outside for sitting to eat. The young man who waited on me was very friendly, but I gave 3 stars as I used my gift card and was charged for a 12" sub when I got a 6" sub. If I had not looked at my ticket before driving away, that would have been my loss. I went back in, and the young man apologized and credited the money back to my gift card. The reason I gave a 3 for food is I have always gone to Subway as the sweet peppers always made the sandwiches better. I always asked for double sweet peppers. I was told Subway has discontinued sweet peppers from the menu items at all locations. I have told several people, and they have all been shocked as they too said the sweet peppers always made the sandwich. Subway was the ONLY subshop around that had them. To me, this news makes them like any other sub shop now. I also, asked the young man if the pickles were sweet pickles, and he said yes. I had him put those on my sub. Later when I ate my sub, I found the pickles to be dill, NOT sweet. I hate dill pickles. Thus, another reason for the 3 in service. If you do eat at this location, just make sure you are charged for the correct item. Also, this location is good for order to go, not dining in.
