Someone need to tell that lady that she doesn’t own the wold to talk to people like that she needs to calm down a lil bit and the other guy thinks he is jn Disney land idk what’s going on w them but it’s a lot

I ordered food on the mobile app this morning to be picked up at 7:26. When I arrived, the food was not ready. The employee asked my name, then proceeded to access the order looking at the screen & the ticket. I waited 10 minutes to receive order my order in which did not have all the items in the bag.. I asked the employee about my other items, she pointed to my bag, and the she walked to the back of the store. I waited until she returned, she looked at me and said "WHAT". I asked about my items again. Another customer that was waiting, spoke in Spanish trying to assist me but she still didn't comprehend. She gave me items, that I didn't ask for... I left the store because, I was going to be late waiting for work. Very poor customer service and I'm highly disappointed with Sonic and this particular employee.
