I accidentally ordered some food on my mobile app on Halloween day and called to speak to a manager to see how to go about getting my order canceled. Mr Jose answer the phone and had a better idea he told me to go inside the store speak to the manager and let them know that I've talked to him personally and see if they will help me get my order at the correct location in Chester. If it wasn't for Mr Jose's quick thinking and his wonderful customer service skills I don't think I would have been able to have qdoba's that night because I really did not want to ride all the way back to Richmond. Keep doing the great job that you do Mr Jose I want to tell you again I am so very thankful for your kindness.

I ordered food from uber eats and my first driver just cancelled my order so uber eats kept sending drivers and they kept cancelling as well so I called them to see what was going on and turns out my original driver took my food and literally went home lol. Jose was kind enough to make me a whole new bowl! And give it to a new driver making sure they would send it to me instead of having me on the phone w uber eats which would’ve taken about an hour since they’re literally no help, thank you so much qdoba team for doing what you could in a situation that wasn’t all your fault AT ALL! I appreciate it so much thank you thank you!
