When I arrived, the manager told me they forgot to check the email and they didn't have our order. I attached a photo of the staff discussing how they didn't make our order. We ended up having to wait over 1hr to get our food, which ended up missing almost the entire length of the club meeting and they forgot the cookie in the order. Food tasted good though

I accidentally ordered some food on my mobile app on Halloween day and called to speak to a manager to see how to go about getting my order canceled. Mr Jose answer the phone and had a better idea he told me to go inside the store speak to the manager and let them know that I've talked to him personally and see if they will help me get my order at the correct location in Chester. If it wasn't for Mr Jose's quick thinking and his wonderful customer service skills I don't think I would have been able to have qdoba's that night because I really did not want to ride all the way back to Richmond. Keep doing the great job that you do Mr Jose I want to tell you again I am so very thankful for your kindness.
