I called back up to the store, to get a refund and the lady was very disrespectful. She sat on the phone with me and argued with me trying to tell me that my order was correct. She told me I wouldn’t be able to get a refund tonight, I would have to wait till in the morning?!

- SGSaion GreenSep 9, 20251.0This location is completely unprofessional and unhelpful. For T-Mobile Tuesday we were given a promo code for a Free Flatzz if you placed an order of 1$ or more. I ordered the Flatzz and another pizza on the app, paid the discounted price which was 8.79, then came into the store to pickup my order. The cashier told me that I still had a balance of 5$. I showed her my online receipt and the promo from the T-Mobile tuesday app and she told me that she “didn’t know anything about that” and insisted that I pay the difference then took the food away. I ended up canceling it all together cause i’m not paying full price for something I was originally given at a discount. I already paid on the app, I should not have to pay anymore. If you’re not going to honor deals then don’t let them be available for use.
