  Got here 30 minutes before closing and I was told they already closed and they are cleaning up. That's not what the hours say on the door and Google . Wasted time driving here

  I ordered for delivery and I heard the driver pull up. He was taking a while so I looked outside and he was looking really hard at the receipt and proceeded to open my wings and it looked like he smelled them. When he finally got to the door he said “are you going to tip me?” (I usually tip cash but not this time) I tried to call the store but the woman who answered told me she couldn’t help me and put me on hold for 20 minutes and the call disconnected. After that I tried calling a couple times but they kept disconnecting my call. I was also missing the extra sauces I paid for. Don’t ever order from this store. Horrible experience.

  I absolutely do NOT recommend ordering from this location. They took my money and never delivered my pizza last night. When I called to speak to someone no one answered the phone. I am Hungry and irritated. Please don’t order from this location ever. They are thrives. Whether it was $16.41 or $161.00 you don’t do business this way. Disgusting!

  Wow, so very bad. I ordered at 6:43pm, at 8:07pm I called and asked the status of my order, as I saw that it was out for delivery for over 40 mintues, to find out, it never left the store. When it was finially delievered, they did not bring the drinks. I called them back to tell them I did not get my drinks and that the pizza was cold. They told me that they would bring my drinks and remake my pizza. Two hours from the initial call a driver showed up to the hotel with my order, pushed the pizza into my hands and through my drinks on the ground and walked out stating rude comments. The receptionish of the hotel was even concerned due to his behavior and his additude. Called customer service twice the first time they tried to call the manager and no answer from the store. The second customer service was going to take this to the GM over the stores. I paid over $30 for this type of service and food, not worth it. Sad because Papa Johns was my choice when ordering, it will NOT be when I am in Richmond now!
