  This place is slow and rude. They don't even carry all of the products on the Papa John's menu.

  Wow, so very bad. I ordered at 6:43pm, at 8:07pm I called and asked the status of my order, as I saw that it was out for delivery for over 40 mintues, to find out, it never left the store. When it was finially delievered, they did not bring the drinks. I called them back to tell them I did not get my drinks and that the pizza was cold. They told me that they would bring my drinks and remake my pizza. Two hours from the initial call a driver showed up to the hotel with my order, pushed the pizza into my hands and through my drinks on the ground and walked out stating rude comments. The receptionish of the hotel was even concerned due to his behavior and his additude. Called customer service twice the first time they tried to call the manager and no answer from the store. The second customer service was going to take this to the GM over the stores. I paid over $30 for this type of service and food, not worth it. Sad because Papa Johns was my choice when ordering, it will NOT be when I am in Richmond now!

  Order came missing items, when I called for compensation because the driver had to go back and get the forgotten and returned it 16 minutes later. Jasmine said that there was nothing that she could do really we ordered everything together but received in portions

  I really didn't want to make a review but then I opened the box for the breadsticks and just.. come on, y'all. First, their deals page has the option for 2 for $1 sauces.. but it wasn't working (sauces page shows up as blank). I called before I placed my order and asked if they would honor that, which she said they don't offer it. Fair enough. Second, their drive through is closed. Also annoying because it's freezing outside. Also fine, fair enough. Counter person was nice, was quick in picking up, saw she checked the sauces which was also nice since they've messed that up in the past as well. Got home, got into the pizza first. I'm sorry but in what world is that double, let alone "extra" ham & onions? So, that's ridiculous. The sauce is almost non-existent and the pizza barely qualifies as cut. The worst of this all though are the breadsticks, and that was what got me to write this. That is the absolute poorest excuse for garlic parm breadsticks I've EVER seen. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because of good experiences in the past, and I'm going to see about getting a refund for all of this because that just was a complete and utter disappointment for this evening. Edit: they're making it right and are going to get me a remake at a later date.

  Never got our order but was told it was delivered. Manager didn’t help at all. Didn’t seem to care.
