EDIT: manager called back. said she refunded the pizza. cool. then tried to say she did tell me she would (she didnt) and, even if she didn't, she was "75 pizzas in" and "you said you just wanted to let me know" which like. yeah? but even a partial refund is standard. started deflecting hard and blaming both me and the rush because she couldn't say "ill take care of it in a minute" and then apologize in the call after. not coming back. dont waste your money here.
