The atmosphere here is great and I always enjoy coming here, although the food is pretty expensive. I don't know the name of this employee, but there's a taller blonde guy with a beard who I've seen multiple times and he's always super nice and friendly which I appreciate, so I hope he's getting the recognition he deserves here

I love Panera but I purchased 2 large salads i asked for mixed greens because romaine has too many stalks by the time you take them out you don’t have a s salad I called directly back the gentleman said he would refund A week passed no refund so I contacted them again they promised to call back that was October I called again they said they couldn’t find me in thesystem they said they were in the office they needed to call the gm still after the I haven’t heard from them I called again they said the same thing, am I wrong for pursuing my replacement at this point do I give up on Panera like they have given up on me?
