  The waitress went above and beyond for us. This was a wonderful experience in the snowfall. The food was okay...not the best, but awesome service.

  This Outback has the best service, and food. Our dinner was delicious and enjoyed the great service! We highly recommend this Outback. You could tell they work hard to be the best!

  We had an exceptional experience at Outback Steakhouse this evening. The food was delicious, but the true standout was the impeccable service. As an Outback Steakhouse alum (2007–2009), I was genuinely impressed — the standard of hospitality was exactly what I remember striving for during my time there. I’d be remiss not to acknowledge the superb and friendly service provided by our server, Peter. He was attentive from start to finish, ensuring our drinks — including bar beverages — were served promptly and refilled without us ever needing to ask. One thing that truly stood out was his thoughtful use of suggestive selling. When my buddy was considering a burger, Peter recommended a special that also included a dessert for around the same price — a great value and a perfect suggestion. We also requested extra sauces for our Bloomin’ Onion and salads, and he automatically included some addl. sauce in to-go cups when we asked to have our food boxed up. At one point, I was glancing at the take-out specials menu on the table. Peter appeared seemingly out of thin air to walk me through the options, and thanks to his clear explanation, we ended up ordering something to take home as well. I sincerely hope the proprietor or management recognizes Peter for his outstanding service. Based on our experience, he is truly a role-model employee and a credit to your team.
