They gave me a regular iced coffee then the manager argued with me that I had a mocha iced coffee. Nobody knew how to make a mocha iced coffee. I left totally disgusted and disappointed, customers shouldn’t have to tell a manager what a mocha iced coffee is! McDonald’s is totally a bummer nowadays!
