- JCJohn CaricoFeb 2, 20261.0we got home from costa rica on jan 11 and stopped here for take out at 7pm. we got home and had food that was not fresh and should not be sold. buns were hard, cheese was hard, dried out meat and just bad. too tired to go back and we live 3 minutes away to deal with this after a long day. we could not eat this, it was hard sell the next day for the crows to eat it. i would guess the staff was just lazy on a sunday night and decided to serve this as we were picking up. i complained to mcdonalds corporate and guess what, they give you the same canned response that management will review. then they cancelled the complaint as closed and nothing happened. i called corp and oh the restaurant called, and i said no they didn't. oh, so sorry we will have our regional office contact you. nothing. and i did not let it go and still emailing them. next they said they needed my phone number. i sent to them and they have it already and i have their app which is on phone. so, mcdonald's raised prices and doesn't care about the quality of the food they serve because they don't respond to customer complaints other than a canned response. mcd's ignores you hoping you will just move on. so, i will. done with the golden arches. i suggest going elsewhere.
