I specifically requested my food well-done, yet it continues to be made the opposite of what I asked for. On top of that, my burger has had onions added three different times, even though I clearly asked for no onions each time. This shows a continued lack of attention to my order and creates unnecessary frustration. I expect my food to be prepared exactly as requested, especially when I consistently communicate my preferences.
