Service desk says use the kiosk, 1 kiosk has a broken card reader and you have to pay at the register, other one is out of service. Padlock on the bathroom door and was told I needed to order something before my daughter could use the restroom. Then we order a HAPPY MEAL with a $2 upcharge for a small shake, the shake machine is broken so they attempted to give me a bigger cup instead of a refund,I politely refused as my 5 year old does not need a large cup. They give our food and refuse to give me a cup for my daughters happy meal because they refunded the $2 upcharge back.lol this girl thinks that because she gave me the upcharge money back the meal no longer comes with a meal. HAHA. This is a prime example of why Richmond should be avoided like the plague. OH and beware getting cups from here because I touched the happy meal box and the large cup and they put the cup back with the others since I refused the food and asked for a full refund, nasty to think who's hands touched the cup you're drinking from. 🤮 FYI, I have pictures but Google doesn't seem to allow pictures anymore.
