This location is attempted to go through the drive through twice only to be left sitting at the order speaker both times. Then I go inside and order my meal #9 with a mini Ore McFlurry with extra oreo. I had to wait 10 min. To get my food with old cold fries and be told that they are working on the ice cream machine. Keep in mind, my intentions was to have my order to go. No biggie. I sit for 20 min. Eating my meal figuring they would have time to either let me know the ice cream wasn't coming and refund me or have my ice cream made. I ate my entire meal and sat for another 5 min. and nobody had said anything to me. I walk to the counter and see all the employees standing in the kitchen staring at their phones. I said excuse me and they act as if they were surprised and said "Oh, sorry, our ice cream machine is down. Let us refund your money". Come on Richmond. You can do better. A lot better!!!
