The cashier was rude and very unprofessional when he tried to order a large order of donuts for the nurses at my local hospital. She was very rude to multiple customers in front of him as well. Pumping her fist and muttering under her breath to “breathe” when a lady stated her order was incorrect. Such a bad experience my father walked out without placing an order.

I witness people of color there treat other people of color with less adequate service as they do people of non color. Here's the kicker, the lady refused to provide proper assistance to help service the situation better and removed the doughnuts as if they couldn't be paid for due to the offer I was inquiring about that Krispy Kreme was offering at the time. I even mentioned that I came often and drove more than 40 minutes just for the fresh Krispy Kreme donuts my family and I all have enjoyed for many years
