Just today, I ordered ahead on the app to cash in on some rewards points, but when I got to the store they didn't have what I'd ordered. The staff were all super nice, apologized a bunch, and more than made up for it! I'll definitely be back

We heard one employee audibly yell at his coworkers to get up and help serve us - all while he was still serving the customer in front of us. The person who then came to help us looked like we had just asked him to climb Mount Everest; like we were inconveniencing him with our patronage. Food was brutally mediocre. If we pay $1-$2 for cream cheese on a bagel, I expect more than a smear from the Irish Potato Famine. Again, most Einstein Bros are great like the one at VCU. This one is not. Until the service and quality of food is improved, do not waste your time here.
