  Amazing experience i wish I knew the gentleman's name and the woman that was with him. I came around 10:45-11 Ion december 29th. I let the gentleman know that I lived far away so this was a treat. Jesus met me with great energy and when I got home and ate my open faced nova lox on an everything bagel I just had to leave a review. It was made so well. I could tell that he put some goodness into making my sandwich. Im extremely apreciative!

  It used to be a very friendly place. There was a guy and a girl before used to be there. Now it's only one girl and not very friendly at all I really don't think she wants to be there. Ask for a bagel she didn't cut it. Didn't warm it up. Nothing. She just gave me the bagel. Oh well I won't be going back there

  Decided to stop here after landing in Richmond and it was a great choice. I haven’t had Einstein bagels in years and this was really good! They even let me get avocado without the fee because I did not want the meat that came on my bagel. I thought that was awesome! They have a lot of great food options as well as a few juices and even cookies! I decided to get it to go, but there is an area big enough for you to dine in, which is great. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which I was happy to experience because it was super early on a Sunday and it was very cold outside!
