  Feel bad for the two employees , the girl on the drive thru mike and the young man at the window. The Manager was YELLING at them like children. The young lady apologized for not being able to clearly hear my order and the young man seem to be confused maybe he was new but I can imagine its hard to learn with your manager yelling at you. I never saw the manager only heard her yelling. This is not the way to manage nor teach. For the manager.. May God bring peace to your stressful morning, give you patience and a heart to be kind. Praying for this establishment and it’s employees success.

  I usually go to the Dunkin on brook road and they are great. However, this Dunkin is disgusting. Loaded hash browns came with no cheese, bacon was raw on everything, all coffees looked like milk with ice, tasted like diabetes in a cup. My guess would be they probably have a lot of high schoolers playing around in here, they most likely need an adult to supervise. We received a full refund but I would not recommend going to this location, drive a little further out from the city.

  Must have fired their entire staff recently, been going here about 3 times a week in the am, service was great for the past year, and the workers were nice, about a month or so ago seemed like the store had corporate in training entire new staff, drinks were on point for that duration, and ever since every single drink I get it is absolutely horrible… it’s simple READ THE TICKET and make the drink. Entire staff needs retrained on how to read order tickets apparently or they need fired because they just don’t care. DO BETTER… ALSO COLD BREW AND ICED COFFEE ARE NOT THE SAME.

  Employee was rude we order 3 samwiches and 2 orders of has browns. 2 were supposed to have extra bacon and were charged one sandwich had 3 half piece and the other had 2 half pieces. I asked the chick for ketchup and she gives me 3 packets like it came.out of her paycheck. Of course I call to get a refund and no one's answers.

  The drive thru person always in a rush like she doesn’t have to stay there for 7 more hours. Coming up and since I didn’t know exactly what I wanted right away she was completely rude
