The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and it honestly ruined the experience. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect basic courtesy and decent service, and this location didn’t deliver. Definitely not the kind of customer service you’d hope for from Dunkin’.

I ordered an iced latte and I think the girl making it didn’t realize I was in the store while she was “thinking out loud”. She loudly said and I quote “ I just realized I forgot to put the espresso in the drink. Oh well she’ll just come back then it’s just milk and ice”. I didn’t realize she meant my drink but when I got to the car it was obviously my drink but I had to be somewhere so I returned an hour later. The lack of decency and customer service is ridiculous. If you realized you made the drink the wrong way.. why not just remake it? You just leave it and want me to come back!? Why would I want to drink iced flavored milk? I came back and they still didn’t make it correctly and just left. I threw it away… just ridiculous. Won’t return to this location. Laziness. If you don’t want to work here I’m sure there’s plenty of others who want jobs!
