She had short hair and overweight not in a rude way. But she was rude for absolutely no reason and from seeing the reviews she’s probably like that with everyone. Surprised. I loved this place but get better employees please.

Waited 10 minutes up front just to ask for a straw that the girl didn’t give me the first time and didn’t even help me after ten minutes, I just left. Common sense doesn’t exist in here by the way. Oh you walked in? Let me just pretend I don’t see you waiting for forever. Forget going through the drive thru. You’ll wait 20 minutes and your order will STILL somehow be incorrect. No accuracy, no politeness, no response, no common sense. Don’t waste your time by coming to this location. My God, this location is a load of crap. You might as well tear this one down. Or at least entirely replace the staff with people who want money.
