  Still my favorite bbq place in RVVAM. I was too late for the pork ribs (sold out, as were rthe coleslaw and potato salad.) beef ribs were good, but not as good as the pork. I’ll order earlier next time.

  I have to say the food was amazing. Everything was seasoned to perfection. The customer service was outstanding. The owner took our order and brought our food to the car. We ended up eating our food there in our car! We will be going back for sure.

  Dress Blue Barbecue is a promising new addition to Richmond, already showing their heart and community spirit by visiting the Veterans Affairs Medical System around Memorial Day to honor and support our veterans. Their team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making the experience special. The barbecue itself was good—smoked and flavorful, not award winning but certainly satisfying and fulfilling. It’s clear they’re still finding their footing, but the quality and care they put into their food and service show real potential. With their dedication to supporting veterans and their growing presence in the community, Dress Blue Barbecue feels like a business with a bright future here in Richmond, and I look forward to seeing how they continue to grow! Will have to stop by.

  Lambchops were good, the Mac and Cheese needed more seasoning, or I'm not used to smoked Mac and cheese. My mother didn't like the beef spare ribs, she said they weren't seasoned either. I'll give it another try because it's a BOB. Price is a little high. Freshly cooked.
