It’s been OVER 3 HOURS and the tracker still shows “bettyjane is prepping your order”. I have tried contacting the store multiple times and it just has a repetitive recording with no option to talk to anyone. This is ridiculous. At this point I just need a refund. And also, is Bettyjane ok?!
