I called and they said the delivery driver called me even though they didn't and didn't even leave a VM. They said they could send out the pizza and I asked if it was a new pizza then since it has been over an hour wait and they said "ugh no...this pizza is still warm" not to mention that their excuse is "our system is down". This seems to be a reoccurring issue as my parents have had the same problem with the as well when they ordered a couple months back. I don't know who the manager is for this place but they need to do better. Not to mention putting a customer on hold for over 15 min is crazy- especially with their hold audio. "It's cheese, on cheese on cheese." Food: however, whenever we have gotten the pizza previously it IS done really well.

The App told me my order was ready for pickup. I arrived and it had not even been started. I had to wait another hour. Yesterday I ordered the same order online and was told by the tracking app it was ready. When I arrived the door was locked with a hand printed sign saying all orders would take 2-3 hours due to the volume of orders and they locked the doors and would not let anyone in!! On of the delivery drivers came out and I went in and asked for my order and it showed in there board ready and the cashier said sorry it would be three hours. I said cancel my order and I want my money back and she said it would be out back on my Venmo account? I have not seen it yet. There were two other customers waiting for pizza that they had pre-ordered and paid for three days earlier and they told them sorry you have to wait? I will never use Dominions again!!!
