  Ordered pizza at around 5:45. It is now 8:25. Still no pizza. Called the store. Listened to recordings for 15 minutes before anyone answered. They said pizza would arrive in 7 to 10 minutes. Still no pizza. Web site said it would be ready in 20 to 45 minutes. If they are that backed up they should let us know in advance. .

  Probably the worst Domino's I have ever gotten delivery from. I live 10 minutes away yet it never takes less than 2 hours to receive my order.

  This location desperately needs drivers! A pizza delivery should not take more than an hour.

  It’s very frustrating to constantly order from this dominoes and have to wait 4 to 5 hours for your pizza and you can’t even cancel your order online and when you call you’re on hold for 2 to 3 hours.. I shouldn’t have to drive up to a store to cancel my order if I was getting it delivered

  We order pretty regularly from this location typically for dinner and it is pretty consistent. Honestly I would have given them 5 stars however on Saturday 1/17/26 I placed an ordered for 11:30am pickup. The website said the store opened at 10:00am. I arrived at noon not even checking if it was ready just assuming since I was running behind and had not had any issues in the past with it not being ready. To my surprise the lights were off and no one was there!!!!!! I have never encountered a situation like this with Dominos let alone any other establishment unless it’s like severe weather but it was a nice day. I’m not sure what happened but I watched several other customers perplexed as the walked up to the door and it was locked. You can imagine the confusion and frustration. To make matters worse I couldn’t get anybody on the phone at corporate to see what happened. Never received acknowledgment for never receiving the order. Nothing! I tried calling another dominos location to order couldn’t get anyone on the phone. This definitely makes me think twice about future orders. Thank goodness I did cash as payment because who knows how long for a refund. I never even got an email saying the order was cancelled . It’s like it never happened and business as usual for them. So unfortunate because we were loyal customers.
