  All crust, no sauce, will not be back. I ordered and paid extra for a handmade pan pizza which according to Domino’s website is a “pizza with layers of cheese, and sauce and toppings to the edge”. I expected a fully-loaded pizza, but there is an inch or more of topping and sauce-less crust all the way around. When I realized this, I called the store, and was told that what I received WAS a handmade pan pizza but to save the receipts so they can remake the pizza next time. I told them it was far out of my way and they just repeated to bring the receipt back another time and they will remake the pizza if “I am so dissatisfied”. This Dominos location is very far out of my usual route. I only went here because it was along my route today and I needed food to bring home. I will not be wasting my gas, time, or effort to return so they can remake the same subpar, sauceless version of a homemade pan pizza. I do not want a free pizza sometime in the future, if they even honor what I was told on the phone by the time I get back out that way. I want a refund for the cost of this pizza that belongs in a dumpster.

  I ordered 2 of the EXACT SAME pizzas. Just to be clear I ordered two large pepperoni extra cheese pizzas and added garlic knots as we were absolutely famished. Well I have never received such a ridiculously disappointing order. And to add insult to injury I called as soon as we got our pizzas because it was.... It was ridiculous y'all. The pizzas looked absolutely nothing like each other for one for two when they got here the one pizza look like it had been sitting somewhere for at least an hour or two the food was not close to warm. It was an absolute mess. And then to top it off I called and then had to wait and call back several times to get reimbursed. And please know I took these pictures no sooner than they got here and I opened the boxes because I was stunned!!!!!! And yes the one pizza was broke apart like that and would not stick back together because it was so cold. That's exactly what it looked like when I opened the boxes.

  Rude millennial service person on phone. Was disinterested in answering questions or assisting with customer. However he or she (not really sure) did offer to fight me if I show up to store. Lol.

  I polace an order for delivery and y’all are always delivering my food to wrong address and when I confronted the store I was told that they don’t deliver to my primary address but the store is / miles away from me. The store associate Michael will not give his last name to me so I could report the the issue . He is his first name is sufficient.
