  I am extremely disappointed with the service at this Domino’s location @ 111 N. Belvidere Street, Richnond, VA . I have come to this Dominos for years and this Dominos has been going down hill. I placed an order for five cheese pizzas (again just cheese pizzas) totaling $45.06, only to find it had been canceled without notice. When I arrived, the store manager (who identified herself as 'Tee Tee' (which I a sure is not her real name) stated that she cancelled the order). She was highly unprofessional and argumentative, showing no interest in resolving the error. I was informed it will take 2–5 days for my refund to process, yet I watched other customers receiving their orders without issue. This store’s standards have severely declined, and I will not be returning.

  Terrible order verification. Delivery drivers are great, in house staff is absolutely awful and should be shamed

  Had online ordering open and cancelled order immediately. When called was greeted by a rude lady who bluntly told me they had no driver when they were accepting delivery orders then hung up. Don't order from this place the college kids working there don't care.

  Highly disappointing experience. They served cold pizza and instead of apologising and fixing it, she started misbehaving as if we are not paying and she is giving us for free. How come they are not trained to talk to customers in a polite and professional manner. The staff lady need to get basic manners and training about dealing with customers. I cannot write what i felt the way she treated us. I wish she was wearing a name badge so i could specifically mention her…

  I ordered for delivery and waited an hour after it said it was ready before just going to go pick it up myself, I called twice just to be hung up on. It was the wrong pizza and everything is cold. I walked in and the girl was eating pizza and asked why I didn’t call??? I called twice but as soon as I said hello i got hung up on🫩
