    They have the worst chips ever! Consistently! I do not know what the issue is, but I frequently order chips from this location and they have NEVER been good. Always burnt, unsalted, dry -- more like crackers. I have been ordering chips from this location for almost 1 year. After throwing the entire bag in the trash today, I have decided that I never will again. I will just have to get my chip fix from another location. It does not help that every time I order chips and no other items, the staff chuckles when handing it to me through the drive-thru. Not sure why it is comical for someone to only order chips...I do not take it personally, but what is funny is the fact that this location cannot seem to make them right! The other food I have gotten from there is good, but I will usually just order chips as a snack while at work. Shame because this is closest location to my office.

    How is it on a Saturday at 5:48 pm there’s no steak no chicken not busy at all but being told it has to be made. And instead of telling people they wait until you ask to tell you btw we have to make it still well wouldn’t that been nice to know before I waited in line

    I love this chipotle it’s my favorite out of all the Richmond location the customer service has always been great even under pressure with the promotions they have on busy days keep it up
