I like Chipotle well enough and I have eaten at several different locations, most of which are decent most of the time, so I know what it’s supposed to taste like when made correctly. This location, relative to other Chipotles, is awful most of the time. I have tried going there more times than I should have after bad experiences just because the food quality is a toss up and it’s close to where I live and sometimes I’m willing to roll the dice. Most of the time though the food is awful. The steak is usually burnt or just has a weird taste to the point where it doesn’t taste like steak but rather just some weird indescribable mushy or rubbery garbage. I remember one time I was waiting in line watching the person working there finish my burrito and the guy behind me said, sarcastically, “wow that looks great!” because it just looked like a mass of medical waste. He was right. Today I got a bowl there and it was so bad I just chose to forego lunch and throw it away. I literally don’t think I’ve seen the same person working there twice. I have heard the owner and/or management here are awful. I believe it. I don’t think it’s the workers’ fault because it’s seems like most of them are usually brand new. Seriously avoid this place. It’s terrible.
