The past few times we’ve been there, there’s been a blonde lady at checkout with no name tag and glasses in a terrible, combative mood. I told her my 3 entrees were on one ticket, the guy who put the order together told her it’s all on one order. She forgets seconds later and gets immediately defensive when I get confused as to why she’s asking again. The food isn’t worth the bad taste she’ll leave in your mouth, she needs an attitude adjustment.

Then I got home and none of the steak (except 2-3 small chunks) was edible. It was completely fat. Inedible, chewy, nasty. What the heck? Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m disappointed, surprised, and pissed. What a waste of money. And I already contacted Chipotle’s customer service and they basically gave me the middle finger.
